  We went for Valentine's Day Dinner and ate off their Valentine's couples menu. The oyster appetizer was delicious. Our plates came out on the cold side of warm and the waitress was attentive enough to notice I was not happy about it and sent the manager over to fix my plate. My husband did not want to also mention his plate. The food returned well done, vegetables heated, and the crab and lobster mashed potatoes were warmed up a bit more. Dessert was also good.
  
  The atmosphere was nice, the waitress was great, the manager was respectful and even took some money off the bill, the food was good but we both felt it was not worth the special menu price.
  
  I would return again for a drink and to eat off the regular menu, which would have been more variety and cheaper.

  The food is always amazing and it’s one of my favorite places to eat. The staff is always so happy and friendly, you are always greeted with a smile. You can tell they love their job, coworkers, and must have great management. The guests seem to know the servers well and feel comfortable there. They always play the best music. The food is always incredible. They have the best gluten free options and I can always find something delicious to eat.

  We tried for the first time and it was very good! We had a great waiter, Jason, who was a real professional. Nice cocktail menu and food menu. The interior is beautiful with historic limestone and beams. They also have a lovely outdoor area for eating on sunny days. And there is an elevator to take you down to the pub and walk-out patio.

  Disappointed that the one breast chicken risotto now cost as much as the two breast used to cost. That plus a 3% fee makes it difficult to choose this one of my favorite options.
  
  Great for Gluten Free
  I have a gluten allergy and found the Tavern had a lot of gluten free options. My wife had the Rubin sandwich and I had the Tri Tip plate. I was able to substitute the mashed potatoes for French fries and Risotto at a later time. The fries are cooked in their own frier so no cross contamination. My wife said it was the best Rubin she ever had, and she is picky when it comes to Rubins. The tri tips were good and the fries were coated with corn starch which really enhanced them. Our server, Ali, was excellent.
  
  I think the management should put more information about gluten free options into their website. I almost did not come because of the lack of information about gluten free options.

  This place is hands down our favorite spot in town. Whether it’s a casual date night for my husband and me, a fun family outing, or weekend brunch, we always leave happy. The atmosphere is welcoming, the food and drinks are consistently amazing, and the brunch menu is honestly one of the best around.

The service is always attentive, friendly, and genuine - they take such great care of us every visit.
