  Ziggi’s is hands down the best cawfee stop in Colorado! I grew up around and later worked in N.Y.C.. When I moved here 32 years ago the good cawfee shops were few and far between. Every Ziggi’s location I’ve been to has been consistently fantastic! Thank you Ziggi’s for excellent cawfee, this transplanted NYer loves you guys!

  Good god! When are they going to retrain their employees.
  I thought I'd stop by and try this location again, after about a year in hopes that the attitudes have changed, but no. Still the same young kids working there. Maybe hire some older people that have some life experience, and know how to treat people, yes?

  You cannot trust that you will be given decaf when you order decaf. I say this as I have been up an entire night after receiving a caffeinated latte.
  
  I also was not given the “tipping” iPad as I have been in the past so I do not know what option was selected on my behalf.
  
  Very disappointed in this location.

  This is a terrible place to attempt to enjoy some coffee and chat. The acoustics are absolutely dreadful. To have a conversation with someone without shouting you need to employ the "Cone of Silence". They over-engineered cool design with tall ceilings that cause a lot of reverberation of sounds. There is a short wall divider between the main counter and lounge area. The problem here is that the noise of the worker bees and the coffee machine noise travels unobstructed into the lounge area. Coffee shops should be designed for the enjoyment of the customers. Period. Not so here.

  Lady with buzzed purple hair at the drive thru on 3/26 yelled at me when the salsa she was handing me fell. I did not care that it fell but she yelled very loud and spoke down to me like a child even though it was her fault the salsa fell. Please retrain your staff. Also heard her say snarky remarks to other staff when she turned away. Not very nice - it was salsa and it fell who cares? No reason to be rude
