The coffee is always consistent and delicious, and the Baristas were willing to help. The only problem is that they got rid of 12oz drinks, which kinda sucks. Cause I find that 16oz dilutes the expresso to a point that your mocha becomes chocolate milk, 12oz give balance of flavor and for a lot of people 16oz is just to much coffee. I'd love it if they brought it back and even had a 8oz option.

This is the new best coffee shop in Windsor!!! The atmosphere is great, the employees are great, the menu has lots of options. Wanna drive through and grab a coffee on your way to work? The drive through is super fast! Wanna sit down and work? There are plenty of seating options! Wanna go inside to order, you will be greeted by a friendly smile. The employees are honestly the best! Great job everyone!!!

I made an online order and it kept saying the order would be ready past closing so it wouldn't go through even though we were ordering 30 min prior to closing and it said pick up in 10 min. I tried multiple times and then it went through, unfortunately for the following day. When I went inside they mentioned having system troubles and I could tell they weren't sure how to handle this situation, I paid with gift cards and wasn't sure what to expect myself. Abby was a huge help, she went above and beyond under a stressful situation and kept a customer very pleased. As someone who's been in customer service many years I appreciate her care and professionalism. I will definitely be back

Beautiful location for your morning coffee! Ziggi’s always has quality employees, so no worries there, but the interior of this shop is so modern and cozy. The perfect spot to enjoy views while you enjoy their delicious drinks and snacks!

Most convenient location for myself but sadly the worst service I have had at a Ziggis that I will no longer go here and will go to Human Bean or Dutch Bros or drive all the way to the i25 location for my Ziggi's needs before going here one more time. Every single time I have gone here I have regretted going to this location. Going to get coffee should make you happy this place makes that unenjoyable. The first few months I was giving them a pass because it was new and sometimes you have to work things out. Its no longer new and its still this bad. Some of the issues I had were stealing points (my app was "scanned" but it says I haven't been to a location in months and not getting my rewards then) which is my last straw, they over charged me a few times by adding things I did not receive or charging for things they shouldnt be like the one bean you get on top of your coffee, staff vibe is way different than other locations they seem to not want to be there and act kinda rude to customers.
  Would not recommend this location.
