People are wonderful. Food not so much. Wish they’d hire a local kitchen to handle this stuff. Look at this uncooked bacon! Disgusting. Edit: coffee tastes burnt. I guarantee it isn’t the baristas fault. It’s clearly the roaster.

This place has gone downhill. The last several flavored coffees I've had just tasted like milk, no flavor. This time I paid for extra pumps and it still had very little flavor, maybe they didn't add them. It used to be so good and it's a minute from my house.

I just learned today that I need to make sure that I'm asking for a printed receipt every time I do a transaction at Ziggi's. I put a tip in the tip box outside the window and when I got my receipt today, I actually had a daughter less on my rewards dollars than I had the previous day. When I asked about it they said oh I might've accidentally hit a tip on there for a dollar. Im sorry but you don't just take it upon yourself to use people's money for tips if they choose to give you a tip freely they will give you a tip but you don't add it to their transaction or take it from their rewards without first asking!!

I love supporting non-Starbucks coffee shops. I love the variety of drink options available, not coffee alone. Typically, even with a longer line, the line move quickly. The service is always friendly. Ask for the free "beans!" I'm more like to order the energy drink blends than a coffee, but, I do love some of their Raspberry Truffle blended!

My husband and I placed a mobile order and still ended up waiting over 15 minutes in the drive-thru with only two cars ahead of us. When we got to the window, the staff seemed confused about our mobile order and initially had the wrong items ready.

I ordered a gluten free breakfast sandwich with no cheese and a shaken espresso. My sandwich came with cheese, which is a big issue when someone has dietary restrictions. My husband ordered a cold brew, and unfortunately it had a hair in it. They did remake my sandwich after we pulled out of line, but they never replaced the cold brew.

Mistakes happen, and this is the first time we’ve had an experience like this at Ziggi’s, but between the long wait, order confusion, incorrect sandwich, and hair in the coffee, it made for a very disappointing visit. I hope this was just an off morning and that they’ll pay a little more attention to order accuracy and quality moving forward.
