  Decent little party room. It's floors creak badly though, i feel like theres not much room for more than 50 people inside without it being squished.
  Does have a small kitchen area you can rent.
  Decently cheep to rent altogether. Pretty popular option for the locals so get the request in fast.
  
  WARNING: it is directly beside a train track switch where trains will spend 15-20 minutes switching tracks. (They try to make it fast during the day time.)
  If you don't care about the possible train horns and sounds it's a cute place

  Its nice to look at while you have to wait on trains to clear tracks for an hour. Wouldn't sit in park as its right by tracks, unless you like watching trains, then its probably great.
