  I am very dissatisfied with both the quality of my pizza and the customer service I received.
  
  I ordered a pizza for pickup and arrived early. I waited for my order, expecting to receive a fresh pizza. However, when I received it, the pizza tasted as though it had been sitting for quite some time. The dough and sauce were extremely dry, and the crust was so hard that I could barely bite through it without having to pull at it with my teeth.
  
  The pizza honestly tasted as though it may have been an already-made pepperoni pizza that had jalapeños added and was then put back into the oven. While I cannot say for certain that this is what happened, the quality of the pizza was not consistent with a freshly made pizza.
  
  I contacted the restaurant and requested a refund. I spoke with the general manager, Alexis, who told me that they would only refund 75% of the order. She explained that because I was waiting for the pizza, it should have been fresh. However, that does not explain why the dough and sauce were so dry or why the crust was extremely difficult to bite through.
  
  I am disappointed not only with the food but also with how my complaint was handled. I paid for a fresh, properly prepared pizza and did not receive the quality I expected. Given the condition of the food, I believe a full refund is appropriate.

  I am always impressed as to how fast we get our food even when we order on a Friday night. Like tonight for example I was quoted 65 minutes for my food and it was here in 35. Great customer service always!!! Only pizza place we order from cause we have had problems everywhere else

  Do not order from this location! It is in the crappy part of town. I ordered online for pick up and the confirmation said I’d be contacted when my order was ready for pick up and was estimated to be ready in 20 minutes. I waited 40 no outed and still no notification! I went to the store anyway because I’d been waiting long enough and the pizza was on the heater waiting for me. And it’s like, if I had waited for confirmation, would I have ever gotten one? And when I got to the store, it was tiny, cramped and the people working there didn’t seem like they abide but health/sanitary standards! Just gross people. Will not order from this location again! Also there are round abouts and hard to see speed bumps nearby!
