I honestly am disappointed with this location , There’s been a few issues with this place to be honest and I try not to complain or make anybody’s day harder. But I think today is the breaking point , how would you send a delivery driver to an apartment where the delivery has to take place on third floor, but you send a delivery driver with braces and they cannot make it up the stairs. So I had my kids go and help. That’s a horrible way to look out for your employees. I feel sorry for that lady. But come to find out she only had a brace on her arm, but she called me because she couldn’t make it up the stairs plus my pizza looks like this
What has happened to the blackjack pizza that I used to love since I was a kid

Absolutely fantastic! I wasn’t planning on ordering and stopped in after shopping nearby I was greeted with a kind smile and the best service you could ask for! She was absolutely incredible! I didn’t have to wait as long as she said and the pizza was fantastic! The quality all the way through was above any place around! Price was very reasonable! Thank you Blackjack for excellence! I highly recommend this location to everyone

The pizza and wings were incredibly delicious, and I’m thoroughly satisfied with my purchase. This place will definitely be my GO-TO pizza spot!
I love baked wings, and the hot garlic sauce was delicious, but it wasn’t spicy.

I was not acknowledged upon my arrival, but as I am somewhat introverted, it did not concern me. It took like 40 secs for someone to help me despite a full house. However, if you are someone who might be bothered by this, please be advised.

It makes no sense that the pizza is really good, but the service is so terrible. This is my favorite place to order pizza from. Unfortunately, they also forget parts of my order every single time! The only way they have gotten it right is that I pick up my order, or I have to call after placing and remind them of the specific sauces I ordered. Otherwise the pizza and cheese sticks show up, but never the correct sauce. My order is even printed on the box with the correct sauce to add!
