  When we entered Cattlemen's on what appeared to be a moderately slow Tuesday at the supper hour, the hostess greeted us warmly and asked if she could help us. I asked if she had a table for five for a wedding anniversary dinner. We were led to an area with 4-5 tables separated from the other guests by an unlighted fireplace and seated at the table nearest it. After the waitress took our drink orders, I asked my sister-in-law, who had chosen the restaurant for their anniversary dinner, what she would recommend. She said that she almost always ordered their "cowgirl steak," an 8-ounce club steak. Cattlemen's has a 10-ounce club steak that they call a "cowboy steak" but my brother said he usually orders the 8-ounce club steak. We all laughed because he wouldn't call his steak a "cowgirl steak." All five of us ordered the 8-ounce club steak which came cooked perfectly to each individual's preference. That steak was so delicious that I don't remember the sides, but that indicates that they were also delectable. Our waitress was pleasant, professional, and attentive (without hovering). Overall, we had a delightful experience; I may have to drive back to Greeley, CO for my own anniversary dinner.

  Absolutely great service from out waitress, Melody, and the hostess! Got the best filet mignon I've ever had in my life as well. Our waitress (Melody) was so kind and complimented our 8-year old on his manners. Will deffinitely be coming back again and again.

  Ate early in the week with a few family members. Atmosphere is nice, comfy and rustic. Food was just "ok", especially for the price. For what the meals cost I would have assumed the food would be excellent but it was disappointing. Salad bar was decent and seemed fresh. The chicken fried steak seemed like it was prepped in old oil or something. Loaded baked potato comes with a little cheese, sour cream and dried bacon bits out of a jar, not what I expected at a place like this. Sandwich's the kids had were greasy. Might try again just to see if the night was a one off but a little hesitant due to cost. Everyone was friendly and service was a bit slow but decent.

  AMAZING! I wanted to come here tonight a yesterday was my birthday.
  Cayden was our server and he was incredibly attentive and helpful. I am very picky about my cocktails, and he communicated perfectly with the bartender (SHE FREAKING ROCKS) about how I wanted my drinks made.
  The food, fantastic. The atmosphere, super chill. The staff, phenomenal. Shout out to Melody, she wasn't even my server but struck up a conversation with me because she liked my earrings (Demon Slayer).
  This was my second time, and Cattleman's is now my place to go to celebrate, date night, whatever it may be.
  10/10 recommend. Thanks everyone!

  Its an ok spot. Steak was kinda undercooked. And almost no flavor. Very underwhelming. Salad bar was nice(need to add hard boiled egg) and the soup was really good probably the best part of the meal. Over all nice cozy environment. But food was lacking especially for the price.
