  Ordered delivery, we were accommodating even after ordering for at least ten minutes to find out they ran out of Brisket, the meat we preferred so understanding, so we substituted different meat. All being said NO BBQ sauce AT ALL that was ordered was with this order when delivered. I was given apologies and insinuating I drove to get them (we ordered online for Delivery for a Reason.) Food arrived, cold, NO BBQ SAUCE AT ALL, and my "New Ham" looking like a half crushed ball and this piece of cheese that literally did not even move when picked up. Never again. .. and felt no comfort on my call after spending over a hundred on this establishment this evening. Hate the disappointment, poor lack of communication if you want that many delievery services and limited product without warning as well, we have liked before but will not be ordering again.

  My wife and I went here on 3/13/26 for dinner. We ordered the 1 pound of meat and two sides and a 10 piece wing. I waited in the store for our order to be completed. As the are getting ready to drop the wings in the fryer I hear one of the employees gag and run away. Seconds later he came back and told the other employee with the raw chicken wings to not use them because they are bad. The employee with the wings responds by telling his coworker that the reason the wings smell that way is because the wings are raw. I wasn't buying that and stood up and told the employee with the wings "If those wings smell like that I don't want them." He tried to assure me that everything is fine and not to worry. I asked for a full refund on my entire meal. If he was willing to use rotten raw chicken I'm almost positive the other products there are treated the same way as the wings. I hope nobody got sick.

  Last two times I bought ribs and sliced brisket. Ribs were good, BUT the brisket was nasty! It was dry and tough. It tasted like it was days old. I WON'T be wasting my money at Dickies anymore. Super disappointed since I love a good juicy, tender brisket, you WON'T find it at Dickies!!
