Cookies were burnt but still raw inside. Received a cheese bread that we didn't order and that was burnt to a crisp. Calzones were undercooked.
Called and spoke to manager offered to replace cookies but only if I pick up. My order was a delivery, not a pick up.

The employee was so kind and helped me decide what to order and gave me an extra cookie. I was having a rough night, I didn’t catch his name but I really appreciate it, you made my day. Also love the chalk wall! so cool to have something to do while you wait for your food.

I paid to get my 2 calzones hooked up, and not only did they not get hooked up but they didn't even get the normal butter over the top that they do at the end. I got 2 dry calzones that are unbearable to eat without the side dipping sauce due to the employees being lazy and not doing there job properly. Thank you.

Never swing and miss twice??? Last week they forgot pepperoni which was weird!! Now the forget the extra sauces we paid for. How hard is it to get that right??? Plus my old review..-> Starting to feel different about this place and the people they hire! The service was pretty crappy tonight 03/17/2026..7:35 ish!! Food is always good but the guy upfront was terrible. Bad attitude..no time when it will be done just walked away and crumbled the receipt (didnt even ask if i wanted it). Tall guy with a beanie and glasses. Still left a tip. Dude with hat and white sweater (shorter) always cool!! Have a talk man cause this was ridiculous! Don't like it LEAVE!!
