Just came in and waited 25 mins for one sandwich and one order of fries and they didn’t even give me sauce for the fries. I’ve never been able to get my order in under 20 mins from this location and we were the only customers in there. Gonna start going to the Windsor location. Also opened my box for my sandwich to look like this

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this Firehouse Subs! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and the energy was great.
A huge shoutout to Jamie, who provided top-tier service. Jamie was incredibly nice, attentive, and made sure my order was perfect. It’s rare to find that level of genuine hospitality these days, and it truly made my visit stand out.
I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who is hands-down one of the coolest people you’ll meet. They are professional, respectful, and clearly care about their customers and the quality of the food. It’s no wonder the shop is running so well with that kind of leadership.
The subs were fresh and delicious as always, but the service is what will keep me coming back. If you want a great meal served by people who actually care, this is the spot -

Went there Tuesday evening, lots of employees present. I didn't get greeted by anyone who i passed walking to order. The young lady who took me order was very nice and helpful.
The tea dispenser was just running open over onto the floor. They had some towels down....I told an employee the tea would not turn off. He said they were aware.
So... instead of removing the tea container...5 employees decided to just throw towels down and let it pour down to the floor. There are 2 tea containers. Take the one that is spilling everywhere and remove it. The fact that the answer was to just throw towels down and let it run into the floor was.... ridiculous.
When my sandwiches were done the bag was slammed down on the counter in a version of "handing it to me", because the young boy at the end was too busy talking to another coworker who was off shift and standing in the waiting area.
$27 for 2 medium sandwiches and a large coke. -

This was my first visit to the chain and this location. I was extremely pleased with my Italian sub I ordered. The sub was put together very well and the meats and toppings were perfectly married with the mayonnaise sauce they use.
My taste buds were dancing in my mouth and I couldn't get over how delicious my meal was. The loaded potatoe soup was also better than I have experienced anywhere in the last few years.
The customer service I recieved from Mario was outstanding and he even asked how our food was when we were leaving. The seating area is a little small but this is an after-thought once you taste the food. I have discovered the sub shop I will be frequenting from now on.
Thank you Mario and your team for the amazing food and customer service! If you haven't been here yet, you need to go and try it for yourself! You won't be disappointed! -

Walked in at 8:25 tonight and apparently ordering sandwiches during business hours was a huge inconvenience to the three employees working.
Nobody else was in line. Instead of simply taking our order, one employee started slamming his fists on the counter and then told us, “It’s gonna take a while to make your food if you want to order.”
Imagine having customers walk into your store while you’re open and being this irritated that they actually want to buy something.
We took the hint and left. If making sandwiches is that much of an inconvenience, maybe don’t work at a sandwich shop.
Absolutely horrible service. Won’t be back.
