  Our order was placed through DoorDash, and our home is only 5.2 miles from the restaurant, so the condition of the food upon arrival was particularly disappointing. We have already submitted a review through DoorDash; however, because that platform does not allow us to adequately share photos of our experience, we also wanted to provide feedback here.
  
  We paid for a medium order of tater tots but received a medium-sized container that was only about half full. The burger was assembled so poorly that it looked as though it had been thrown together without any care or quality control. The chicken sandwich was so soggy that the to-go container was wet, soft, and beginning to come apart when we opened it.
  
  Overall, the quality, presentation, and attention to detail were far below expectations. Based on this experience, we will not be returning.

  2 of us Went to dinner on a Thursday at just after 7 pm.
  There was a line for the drive through and a line inside. However, the line went quick.
  We ordered within 5 minutes and had all of our food within 12 -ish minutes. Which is pretty good with all the people that were there. I'm so glad that Freddy's moved here-- Freddy's fries are my favorite.
  One of my favorite memories is meeting Freddy at the opening of a Freddy's in Loveland, near Walmart with my friend Perla many years ago.

  I guess attention to detail is not a thing for this store... we ordered a Cheese fry and was given a chili cheese fry. It was even rang in as a cheese fry not chili cheese... then the whipped cream on of concreat was the size of a quarter... pretty ridiculous to spend nearly $20 on stuff you didnt even want. Cant wait for the copy and pats reply to this review.

  Ole Elias in the drive thru can’t hear and she rushes you. The food is good, but their proportions are off. Also. Why did I have mustard in the box when my sandwich didn’t come with any? Does that mean I got a dirty box 🫪

  My wife and I made the mistake of trying the new Freddys. Now while I don't usually waste time with bad reviews. The absolutely laughably overpriced "steakburgers" (aka paper thin, squashed soggy overpriced crap, and the soggy and not very fresh ingredients, blah and definitely not "famous freddy seasoned" fries, and the not very tasty custard and even my wife's watered down old tasting pepsi, and the price the food cost- absolutely terrible. Then there was the sickening looking excuse for a hotdog with the toppings looking like a kid pulled expired crap out the back of the fridge. Hopefully this will save others some money on their next quick dinner out.
