Sure it's nice, but beware the neighbors can be sketchy and present falsehoods with a smile, and messy loud dogs. Thanks the Lord there's a fence to hide the sight, but not the noises or the scent

This place sucks. I can't believe it's called a open space. It looks like a skinny lot behind some houses and next to some city utility buildings. I didn't feel comfortable visiting the space. I felt like I was creeping around someone's backyard. It's not welcoming and there's no signage that even tells you it's an open space area.
