Jersey Mikes is usually a safe bet for a decent sandwich. I noticed a poster for Non Gluten bread. I’ve been watching flour intake so I decided to try it. It’s so dry and hard that I pretty much took the bread off and only ate the cold cuts and toppings. You have to tell your corporate office that serving old bread from a plastic bag is a very bad idea. It was disgusting. I took the rest of the sandwich home to see if maybe heating it and adding a pound of butter might help.
I complained to the server behind the counter. He was very polite and gave me a card for a free sub. That was nice of him.
GET RID OF THAT BREAD. It makes you look bad.

The food? exceptional. The people? amazing.
jersey mikes is amazing and the. Best restraint ever and my experience was amazing. Some workers named Charlie F and Brayden J helped me so much and was amazing. Thank you jersey mikes, you saved my life.

Jersey Mikes is my favorite sandwich place but the today was different normally I’d give y’all a 5 star across the board. But when I went in the guy making my sandwich wouldn’t stop flirting with these girls that came in, he just gave me a bad attitude when I told them I was ready to checkout like I was bothering him. I ordered the Italian mikes way there was barely in meat on the sandwich defiantly not as much as I’ve gotten in the past. I still love Jerseys Mikes I just had to share this bad experience May 22, 2025 4 pm.

If you are going to this Jersey Mike's location, just go in and order to make sure you get what you want. I don't think they even read the modifications or notes on the online or app orders. If they do read them, they don't bother to do anything with that information. We ordered two sandwiches today and neither was correctly made. This was the second or third such incident.

Food is good, no issues there. But why are online orders above the customers you have in the store? I’m the only customer inside and I’m waiting over 10 minutes for a sandwich. I’ve never experienced this at other locations.
