  Best food in Colorado so far! Piripi restaurant exceeded all expectations!
  
  From the moment we walked in, everything felt warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully done. The atmosphere is beautiful, cozy, and full of character the kind of place where you immediately feel comfortable but also know you’re about to have a special dining experience.
  
  The food was absolutely incredible. Every dish we tried was full of flavor, beautifully presented, and clearly made with care. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the passion behind the kitchen. The flavors were rich, balanced, and memorable honestly some of the best food we’ve had in Colorado.
  
  The service was also outstanding. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely taken care of throughout the entire meal. They were knowledgeable, kind, and added so much to the experience.
  
  Piripi is the kind of restaurant you want to recommend to everyone. It is perfect for a nice dinner, a celebration, or simply enjoying amazing food in a great environment. We will definitely be coming back this place is a true gem in Erie and in Colorado!!

  Awesome experience! Terrific service by the team was there from the moment we were seated. The regular menu selections, including the specials were diverse and our orders excelled our expectations! Gluten, Nut free and Vegan options.
  
  Save room for dessert and you won't be disappointed 😋
  
  Recommend reservations as a table at Piripi is highly in demand. There is optional bar seating for walking too.

  This restaurant was suggest by friends of ours, so we all (4 people) went. VERY pleasantly surprised. The food was all excellent and the service was great. The atmosphere is good, though a little loud in general.
  We had the spinach dip and jalapeno poppers as appetizers. Honestly, some of the best of either I've ever had - I would go back for the jalapeno poppers alone!
  My wife had the salmon and loved it. I'm not a big fish fan, but I can say that I did enjoy the taste and texture of her dish. I had the Piripi salad and the soup of the day (tomatillo gazpacho). Sadly, I had forgotten what gazpacho was (chilled soup), so I was disappointed simply because it's not what I was hoping for. HOWEVER, I do think the flavor was excellent. And the piripi salad was fantastic - I would order that again.
  I read a few of the negative reviews and have to say that I don't feel they reflect this restaurant. This is definitely not a high end dining experience - the dress is casual to business casual at best, but the food quality is definitely there. We all agreed that we would definitely go back again.

  The food was really good overall, everything we tried tasted great. The only miss was the crème brûlée, which was a little burnt and not the best. The service was super slow though, especially considering there were only two groups in the restaurant. If they speed things up a bit and fix the dessert, it would be an awesome spot.
