  I ordered Stuffed Crust Pepperoni not thin Stuffed crust pepperoni!🤦‍♀️ this was soooo thin it was like paper! And it was burnt 🤦‍♀️ i am pregnant so when my husband brought the food home yesss I definitely cried lol we would always order from here but this was the worst pizza we ever got from them...

  Was there to pick up for a doordash. It said it was ready. I waited 25 minutes for the order. They got the pizzas but didn't have the crazy bread or sauce with it. Got the bread. Asked for the sauce and the kid said yeah, just a minute and didn't do anything to help. Just kept doing other things. Another employee finally came and asked what I needed. Myself and another dasher were like, still need the crazy sauce. He was helpful and got it. But that even took another 5 minutes. Some of the worst customer help I've experienced anywhere. This store needs some guidance and help!

  Horrible I had to wait a long time which is ok. Then a rude customer came in mad a huge deal about the wait and wanted to change his order to a regular pepperoni. Mind you I been waiting a long time and that rude guy got a pepperoni pizza before me and he just came in and caused a big scene and was horribly rude. Well finally after more time I got my order. The pizza was very saucy but most of all my bread sticks were hard as a rock and burnt. This really sucks. I don’t think they would appreciate their food like this so why do that to your customers. I’m usually not the person to complain but mainly everytime we go it’s a bad experience.

  I had to wait a long time for anyone to come to the front to help us. We had placed an order through the phone and then went in to pick it up. I saw all the people working in the back and I know they saw us but they didn't come up to the front. As someone who works in the service industry, I am very patient, but I just don't understand why they didn't come up to help us.
  
  Finally, after maybe 10 minutes, another man came in and they suddenly decided to come up and take his order. So then after that, we told them we were here for an order we placed and they had it ready.
  
  When we finally got home and opened the boxes, the pepperoni pizza we got was pretty overcooked and kinda hard to eat. The crazy bread was super good though.

  I ordered the ExtraMostBestest sausage pizza for pick up and received just a regular sausage pizza. Two of the slices have only one piece of sausage on them. Definitely not extra sausage.
  At least this time the pizza was fresh. Last time the crust was hard from sitting out for a while even though i ordered it ahead and went straight to the store to pick up.
