  I ordered pizza without cheese and have ordered it this way my entire life. Weird I know, but it’s what I like. It came out burnt and I was told I couldn’t send it back. The manager then said “this isn’t china you cannot send it back.” And proceeded to be very rude and wouldn’t remake it. Finally after going back and fourth with him for a while they took it back and remade it after saying without cheese it would be impossible without burning. Which wasn’t true again this has never happened before. If he was nicer and just took it back I would have completely understood it was a mistake. But he was very rude and disrespectful

  First time here at this location. The thin crust pizza was pretty good. Others in our party had the boneless wings, bacon cheeseburger, and twisted tenders. All were good as I'm told. Place was clean, no complaints. Half way through our stay, they added the audio to the Army/Navy game which was a nice touch. It added to the atmosphere. Business was steady, not dead nor busy.

  Michaela was our server and start to finish, she was very polite and quick to help us. She constantly checked on drinks and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was DELICIOUS, huge portions and very affordable.

  It's no wonder Old Chicago's is going out of business everywhere. I generally don't like to leave negative reviews. But there is always an exception.
  
  I experienced today, by far, the worst customer service I've run across in a long time. I would go into detail, but it would take too long to detail the whole experience. Let's just say that from the minute we walked into the restaurant to the minute we paid our bill, service was subpar, at best, in every aspect.
  
  I'd be surprised if this restaurant lasts much longer. You definitely won't see me in there again.
