  I used to love this place. I would eat here everytime I was in Greeley. Not this time. New ownership. Food was so bad I had to keave and not eat. My wife just order chesse bread, and this was very good but the marinara was cold.
  It took 20 minutes to get my pasta trio and the raviolis were hard and burned like they were deep fried fir too long or left in the microwave. The lasagna was burned and the extra meatball I added was not even in a marinara, just dry. The waitress was very good, she advised us she was in training but the trainer was not in house to actually train. After I showed the waitress my mess of a meal she called the owner/ manager and they offered a small discount. I refused to pay fir my meal as I did not eat any but paid gor my wifes bread which I was overcharged.
  Do not bother to try this place. Was excellent but not now.

  The burnt dollar store toast costs over a buck a piece at 8$ for an order (I know it kinda looks good in the picture, but it tastes like ash) The marinara dipping sauce tasted of uncooked tomato paste and Italian seasoning. Pizza was bland and missing half the toppings I paid for and cost me 30 bucks. They ought to be embarrassed serving this stuff, I will never be back

  First and last time ordering the sausage 🤮🤢 the spaghetti was good otherwise but wanting something more fulfilling than pasta was a let down. Did pick up but the atmosphere was absolutely horrible with how hot it was. They said their AC was down, but due to the weather this week I’m surprised they’re operating with that condition. I’m sure they could get in trouble without proper care of their staff. However, staff was nice just expected more from the meal.

  I am writing to express disappointment with my visit to Roma's in Greeley 16th street & 8th ave on 5/3/26 after a two-hour drive. The meal was exceptionally small, missing a core ingredient, and of poor quality. When I asked to send it back, the server failed to offer a proper solution, only offering to remove 'extra' charges we didn't order. I am seeking a refund for the item. Manager approve $3.00 credit instead of refunded what I did not want any longer. It was not the waitress fault but the kitchens not to mentioned the wait to get our food with only 4 tables full when we ordered. We order 2 of the same caroli and both were wrong and extremely small portions.

  So happy this mainstay in downtown Greeley reopened! I love the atmosphere- it oozes college pizza joint in a good way. The retro music posters and ticket stubs on the tables brought back memories. We had pizza and calzone. Large portions! Pacing of the meal was a bit slow as the kitchen seems to still be finding its feet for getting orders out. We weren’t in a hurry but if we had been the long wait for food would have been frustrating.
