Fast service with accuracy. Classic Papa John’s taste and quality. I’m always greeted warmly when I enter for a pickup and the team can always handle a curve if I forgot to add a sauce cup to my order.

Management is unprofessional. First manager I spoke to about my issue the day it occurred, handled the situation perfectly. Very nice & helpful. Offered to do a quality redeem on my order. I call a few days later to redeem the order. I’m on hold for about 10 mins while the associate waits for assistance from management. Finally someone gets on the line & just says papa John’s, that’s it. I explained why I was on the phone waiting & they say they are the manager and they don’t see nothing in my account about a quality redeem & they cannot just give me free pizza. Which is completely understandable. I proceed to explain the situation, and I’m placed on another hold. The manager comes back to the line stating they got it figured out; they now remember being told about this situation, so they would go ahead and get the order made. Overall, this manager was just absolutely rude & very unprofessional. So badly that I really have no interest in ever returning to this location which is very unfortunate being this is the only location in town. After a long day of work I just wanted to pick up a quick dinner that was already messed up from the beginning, and they just made the experience even worse. So disappointing.

Because of the FANTASTIC service by Freddy, I am giving this place 5 stars. His service was excellent when I tried to order pizza this past weekend for a family picnic. He was incredible and I would return because of him. He deserves a raise!

We ordered 2 sandwiches, the steak and mushroom and the Philly cheesesteak. 1st off the fillings were minimal, mostly bread. 2nd the bread was way over cooked. It was just short of burnt. It was like eating old west tack bread. Hard as a rock. There is toasted and there is burnt. Tearing off a bite was like eating jerky. Finally gave up and just ate the filling. Won't order these again.

I placed my order inside the Papa John's and it did took only 15 mins like the cashier said. The place was clean and the cashier was able to take my order right away. When the pizza was ready, he asked if I would like napkins and plates. Which is nice.👍🏻 Only bad thing is that you can't dine in and there's no chairs for people to sit and wait
