We ordered 2 pizzas and breadsticks and it was all so bad we threw it out. I ordered pickup via the Pizza Hut website.

The young woman when I picked up wasn’t rude but she definitely wasn’t polite. I don’t think she said anything besides asking why I was there?

I tried to chalk her attitude up to, maybe she’s having a bad day or hard time in life, but all of the food we ordered was actually really bad lol my two sons wouldn’t even eat it, and into the trash it went.

We haven’t ordered from PH in a long time and I guess we won’t again, because what we got was not recognizable as Pizza Hut food that I remember from even just five years ago. Yikes!!

I ordered food directly through Pizza Hut app, and it door dash. I did this on purpose so I wouldn’t get cold pizza while the dasher runs other deliveries. Pizza Hut somehow forwarded the delivery to DoorDash, but it said my pizza would be here within 10 minutes. 30 minutes later, I message the door dasher to see if he got lost, and guess what… he told me he was at Safeway grocery shopping for another order. So my dinner is sitting in your car getting cold, while you are shopping for groceries. When I called Pizza Hut to explain that I wasn’t happy about it, and tell them I’d like to just cancel the order since it would be cold by the time it gets to me, the lady simply said, “sorry about that” and then just hung up. Not once did she offer to make it right, or anything. 3 words and click! Will never order from this place again!! Can’t believe this is how a paying customer is treated.

Literally the worst Pizza Hut in Northern Colorado. Ordered from here and they used door dash. Dasher steels order. Manager calls to try and make it right by offering free food for on next visit. Come in was told they can’t do it in store. Tried to order online and it doesn’t work. So they never made it right and wasted more of our time by us driving all the way in. Avoid this location. Order pizza some place else. Customer service and management at this location are horrible.

Ordered a BEEF TACO PIZZA. Received a lettuce, tomato and onion pizza on a garlic crust (the crust was good). Looked as if the took a teaspoon of meat and tried to spread it over a pizza. Loaded with veggies. Most of the pizza was crust. Very disappointed. I have ordered this pizza before and it was nothing like this. I won’t be ordering again any time soon. The delivery driver was very pleasant. Personable and friendly. The did remember the extra sauce I asked for also.

Carryout order, almost home & realize it’s 1/2 gone.
