  I thought it seemed like a very nice clean and pleasant place with good service. I had a bit of a funky order and they did not fret one bit. EXTRA CUSTOM SANDWICHES 🥪 😋 🙌 👌

  Horrible experience everytime I go in. The lady that works here who always wears the headbands is soooooo grumpy and beyond rude. She got my order wrong and gave me an attitude. How is that our fault? Then proceeded to laugh when she noticed i was getting confused why she was being rude. Worst subway ever. We will go to the one off the highway.

  I have lived here in Colorado for 37 years. This location is under new ownership and it has gone downhill rather than uphill. I owned my own Subway franchise for 3 years and I know what the expectations are from a customer especially in a small town. At this location the bread is either undercooked and doughy or overcooked and crumbling.
  Then when you order a Subway club you might wanna question the roast beef they tell you it has 2 slices on a foot long rather than 4 slices on a foot long. I had the employee called the manager Erica and she quickly said yes put the 4 slices on.
  Clearly they are trying to cut food costs and hoping customer doesn't catch it because they don't know how many pieces of meat go on the sandwiches or they need serious training. You go to Subway school when you buy a Subway franchise so I doubt this is a mistake. The owner of this location has several other locations if my memory serves correctly.
  The employee said there is a piece of paper that tells them how much meat goes on each Sandwich they might want to update the paper to the correct quantity.

  The service person was very much not wanting to do her job and greet us with kindness . It seem like we were bothering her by ordering. If you're having a bad day don't bring it to work.
