  Absolutely delicious place! My son had chicken and waffles egg Benedict and he said it was best breakfast he ever had (he’s 15). My salmon Benedict was very tasty as well. Latte and strawberry-basil lemonade is top notch!

  Only place actually lowering prices and adding creative selections to the menu. Servers are all super friendly and knowledgeable. Atmosphere is always welcoming and CLEAN. Plus they serve REAL jam for the toast.

  We had breakfast at Urban Egg and WOW - what a treat. We split the Billion Dollar Bacon Bourbon… OMG 🤯 absolutely unreal.
  I had the Stuffed French Toast - rich, perfectly cooked, and straight-up YUMMY. My wife ordered the Rocky Mountain Corned Beef Hash, and you can tell immediately this is the real deal - definitely not from a can. So good.
  I believe our server was Carissa, and she was fantastic: great attitude, very attentive, and made the experience even better.
  Johnstown folks, you are spoiled to have a place like this in town. We’ll absolutely be back!

  This is one of the best breakfast restaurants in Northern Colorado. The food isn’t greasy and the coffee is really good, not burnt. The service is pretty decent - fast and friendly. No table wait at the counter. And if you decide to sit at the counter, there are huge chunks of pineapple in these massive glass jars!

  I love coming to urban egg in Johnstown. Both Ashton and Joyce are wonderful servers and always a pleasure to talk with. As busy as they are, they take the time to get to know each table and always have a smile to boot. The food is always great, and the Cinnamon rolls to start are perfectly flakey. Great to share between 2 or 4 people and are just enough to not make your meal impossible to finish. We have been coming here since they opened and will be customers in many years down the road.
