  Food was great all you can eat shrimp but after the first order portions got small and less consistent in how they were cooked. Had a lemon drop flight though that was absolutely amazing! Would definitely recommend the drinks again!

  We walked into Applebees Greeley today. The hostess ignored us. 5 minutes later, anokter Applebees employee came and informed us they didn’t have any silverware?? We said ok. She then said it would be a 10 minute way! Ok! We then get seated on the far end of the restaurant…cool! 20 minutes go by as we see others come in and get their drinks and order taken. In the meantime the gal that seated us is cleaning up the table next to ours. My wife says out loud “they got their drinks”. And the gal looks over at my wife and stands up stares at the door. Some other people walk in so she hustles over to seat them. She comes back and walks right by us without any drinks and continues cleaning the table next to ours. A few minutes go by and I say “excuse me!” She looks over and I ask for a manager. She runs and calls a manager. The manager comes out and I explain our lack of service. He says we are down 2 servers and asks if he can take our order. We get drinks and meanwhile we see the server take orders and communicate with all other customers. Not sure why they treated us this way but. This type of service is unacceptable! My advice for the Manager, get your team and show them teamwork and how to work together! We saw people just standing around and doing stuff that comes after the customer.

  It was my Son's birthday that we were celebrating on this day. It wasn't busy when we came in, server gave menus, took our drink order and brought our drinks then asked if we were ready to order, we stated give us a moment, then she came right back and asked if we were ready to order, we mentioned give us a couple of mins. Then she didn't come back to take our order for like 20 mins. Now people were starting to come in and it was getting busy. Finally, she came, took our order. We got an appetizer and the plates we were given to share the appetizer were dirty, my cup had something stuck on the outside of it. Then our food came out about 30mins later, but not everyone got their full order. My Aunt only had her Salmon and veggies, not her onion rings, which took about another 15 mins to come out, my Uncle had a burger and fries, but his bun was so greasy or buttery that it was soggy and had about 7 steak fries. My Mom had chicken parmesean alfredo and the noodles were so dry with hardly any alfredo sauce. My son got the macaroni and cheese with hot chicken something which looked like just noodles with no sauce and some chicken tenders with some kind of glaze on them atop the noodles. I ordered a very, very well 9 oz steak, loaded mashed potatoes and coleslaw. I cut into my steak and it was pink to dark pink and it was a tiny iece of meat, my potatoes were cold and the cheese didn't even melt, and I had a little container of coleslaw that was about the size of a fastfood ketchup cup. Our server was not anywhere to be found then when she did come tp.ask if we needed refills I asked her to send my steak back because it was not cooked well. She said let me go get a small plate to take it to be recooked but keep the sides. She didn't come back to the table to get the steak for about 15 mins. Then took it to be refired. It came back 15 mins later and of course my sides were gone and now I was ready for my steak. Everyone else had finished their food and since our plates all looked like we ordered off the kids menu my son was still hungry so he ordered the bourbon chicken and andoulle sausage pasta and that took about 20 mins to get, by that time we were all done eating and they asked if he would like to get his birthday dessert so she could ask them to start making it so when he was done with his 2nd meal it would be ready. He had finished his meal and then she said she was going to bring the ticket because my Aunt and Uncle were going to pay for their portion. She came back 20 mins later and brought the ticket. And we were just about to leave and then she said did U still want Ur birthday dessert? My son said if we don't have to wait for it to be made and she said no it should be ready. She brought it out and it was a small brownie about 3 bites, warmed up with a scoop of ice cream

  Extremely Disappointing Customer Service
  
  We ordered takeout from Applebee’s in Greeley tonight, and unfortunately the entire experience was incredibly disappointing.
  
  My husband had just worked a 14-hour day and was exhausted. We’re also new parents with a baby, so we were really looking forward to simply having a hot meal together as a family. Unfortunately, when he got home with our order, we discovered that several items were wrong and/or missing.
  
  I called the restaurant to explain what happened and asked if the incorrect items could simply be remade. Instead of receiving an apology or even basic courtesy, I was met with an extremely rude and condescending attitude from Tiffany. Not once did she apologize for the mistake or acknowledge the inconvenience.
  
  My husband, despite being completely exhausted after working 14 hours, had to drive all the way back to the restaurant. When he arrived, Tiffany continued to be incredibly rude and dismissive toward him. Again, there was not even a simple “I’m sorry about that.”
  
  Mistakes happen. We completely understand that. What matters is how you treat customers when those mistakes happen. A sincere apology, a little empathy, and basic customer service would have gone a LONG way.
  
  We actually enjoy dining at Applebee’s, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Tiffany, you may have been having a bad day, but that doesn’t excuse treating customers this way. A smile, an apology, and a little basic customer service would have made all the difference.
  
  You as Management really need to do better, the food mistake was frustrating, but the way we were treated afterward was what truly ruined the experience.
  
  Do better, Tiffany. Customer service matters.
