I normally order online for pick up to avoid communication.
This morning around 10:20am, I didn’t have time to pull over and do the order ahead of time.
I said my order correctly through the speaker in drive thru.
Once arriving to window I was handed a straw and I advised “Kendall” my order was hot and I didn’t need it.
She then sarcastically spoke into her head piece, covering the mic with her hand and raised her arms in annoyance to the person making the drink.
I have been a customer of Starbucks since 2001 (nationwide), probably way before this person even knew what a Starbucks was and this was the only time I’ve ever witness attitude.

Baristas- pro tip- save the attitude for when the customer drives away, not so they can witness your frustrations.

This store sets the standard for poor customer service, definitely not what I’ve ever encountered before.

This specific store is on my way to work, i thought i would patronize it because of convenience. Mistake, i should have gone to the one across from my work (hospital on 16th). Btw Greeley- the store on 16th is amazing and if they have frustrations they are sure not to display it in front of customers.
I’m also confused as to why this store is refusing water to anyone.

From this interaction I will never return to this store again.
  Do better Evans Starbucks.

I test all the starbucks in Greeley 10 times with a simple drink modification (hot white mocha with two extra pumps of white mocha). This location has correctly made the drink 1/10 times. Not a super busy location so service/timing is decent (not great/not horrible). Be sure to test your customized drink prior to leaving.

This is one of the more comfortable Starbucks. The seating is way more inviting than the other Starbucks around town. The staff is sweet and helpful and they make my drinks perfectly every time.

I would say best Starbucks around the área, the coffee is always good and they are fast at the drive thru, staff could be nicer but nothing bad.
