Typically have a good experience here, but I feel like some shifts do not care about quality of items given out. I do like this location though and they’re typically really quick. I have AuDHD so I have food issues and receiving the sandwiches like this ruins the ability to eat for me as stupid as it is. I would just say care a little more :( no one would be happy receiving this.

Not sure if you guys got new employees or what but each time I get food from here it gets worse and worse. Who in their right mind shoves a warm cinnamon roll with icing all over it into a bag instead of a box? The food always looks like it was sat on,and I can't even get the right oatmeal I ordered. Either the new employees can't read and have the braincells of a rock or the old employees don't give a crap anymore

Really disappointed with this experience. I specifically ordered oat milk because I’m lactose intolerant, yet regular milk was still used in my drink. I ended up getting very sick afterward, and to make it worse, I was still charged extra for the oat milk I didn’t even receive. Dietary alternative requests are not just preferences for everyone, and this kind of mistake needs to be taken much more seriously. I will probably not be coming back.

I truly enjoy Ziggy’s Coffee. The quality is excellent, and the menu rivals the larger franchises, but what makes Ziggy’s stand out is their hometown atmosphere and genuine customer connection. It’s my go-to coffee stop, and I highly recommend you give them a try!

Only coffee shop I go to anymore. Their pricing is one of the few reasonable ones in town. They are always nice and it never takes too long!
