  I came to get lunch today and used a 18.99 coupon on the app I asked the lady if I could upgrade my drink and fries and she told me she couldn’t do that now maybe that’s a new rule but I have alway been able to upgrade for a up charge and she also asked if I wanted cheese on both sandwiches and I said yes and got asked to pull to the first window without knowing my total I then heard the lady at the window get told through the mic that the total is 25.02 which didn’t process in my head that was to much for what i ordered I ended up paying and pulling to the next window I got my food then asked the lady if I could grab my receipt and she stuttered a little and told me to pull around so she can grab the receipt from the printer so I did I sat in the front for 3 minutes and when she came out she asked if I added a medium fries which I never asked for and so I told her no and she the asked if I want the fries or a refund I ended up just taking them so it would go faster now when I got home and went to eat I noticed a no cheese mark on one box so i opened it and there was cheese so I thought maybe they did it on accident till i opened the second box with no marks and there was no cheese I wouldn’t be making this a big deal but find it super weird how they added a fry and didn’t even add it to my bag when the second window is the person who puts my order together and the person that took my order. I will be coming back for a free whopper since it all over that if you guys mess it up you will make me a new one free of charge

  I asked for a triple whopper with cheese pictured is what I got.
  The owner needs to hire more staff
  Per shift: 2 managers, 2 people topping burgers, 2 people wrapping burgers, 3 people running flame broiler and frier, 3 people running front counter, 1 person taking care of the dinning room, 2 people running drive-thru 1 taking orders 1 handing out food. All cross trained so they can fill in as needed when someone needs to use the restroom. You have 4 people during dinner and lunch rush. 1 manager, 1 person doing drive-thru taking orders and handing out food, 1 person bagging orders taking care of dine-in customers and taking care of dining room, 1 person doing all cooking topping burgers wrapping burgers running fryer. Then people wonder why orders are wrong. And they are under paid. It's the owners fault not the people actually running the restaurant.

  Today I got a sausage and cheese croissant from here. Normally, I pay about four dollars and some change but today I decided to add a bottle of water and when she told me my total was $8.33. I knew it didn’t sound right. When I get the receipt, I saw that she rang me up for a sausage, egg and cheese croissant and I told her that was the wrong price, but she refused to change it and tell me that the sausage and cheese croissant was the same price. I decided to call the other Burger King and Ask questions about prices and the manager told me that the price that I got for the sandwich was completely incorrect and that I should go back to that store and get my refund. Then tonight I go to pick up my order through the drive-thru and they literally took five minutes to even get to the drive-thru. I had to yell and say excuse me twice for the lady to get on the speaker. This is a constant thing for this store, and the customer service is poor and I am tired of it.

  This was the best outstanding Wooper ever 😘, good service, and nice atmosphere. Most Whoppers are greasy, why? Also, the other Burger King managers in the country need to ask Greeley CO manager how they train their cooks to do it right. Delicious 😋

  I ordered delivery, they forgot half the order. The other half was cold. The fries were cooked in old oil and tasted like burned dirt. I tried calling, nobody picked up. I tried 4 times.
  
  Apparently the managers can't do their job.
  
  I had to contact customer support through the app, and I finally got a refund after they tried to push store credit. I don't want to go back here again, so I said no. They gave me a partial refund. Don't go here, You'll get awful food and will have to fight to get anything fixed.
