  Passing through Colorado. I needed a place to stop and do some work so I checked out this coffee shop located, along with several other businesses, in an old armory. I thought the entire space was really fun with an old western style theater vibe. The proprietor was was very friendly and customer service oriented. The coffee was great and the prices were very reasonable.

  Yum! I visited this place for the first time and was helped by a super nice and helpful girl in choosing the right matcha. I ended up getting a banana matcha with cold foam, and it was absolutely delicious! The quality of the matcha is also great. I’ll definitely be back!

  This summer, I set out on a mission: to find the best lavender matcha in Greeley. After sipping my way through the city, I found it-right in the heart of downtown at Cauldron Espresso, tucked inside the newly revived Armory.
  
  Hand-whisked, floral, and perfectly balanced, this matcha is everything I hoped for. The Armory itself is a gem-full of local flavor, creativity, and community spirit. If you haven’t been The Downtown Armory is it.

  The location is a vibe. Listen to live piano if someone lends their talents, grab a book, plant shop, play a game of chess, and enjoy the historic beauty of the Armory. Excellent crafted coffee, matcha, teas, and lemon-limeades! The baristas are kind and friendly. They make sure each and every drink are well crafted, taste exceptional and are enjoyed! Syrups are hand made using some local ingredients. Almond milk is made fresh too and they even offer used coffee grounds for garden composting!

  This is my new fave spot. Cauldron is crushing the experiential fancy drink. It's tucked into the Armory building, through the amazing bookstore. It has great seating and, natural light, high ceiling and the adjacent kitchen serves delicious lunches and breakfast. Keith cares about flavor, you can tell because they make their own syrups and sugars.
