Told them I wanted the world cup meal to give my son the collectible cup. Didn't receive the collectible cup because they said I didn't ask for it. Idk what you have to do to get these cups. Is it a secret password or what but they got them safe guarded in there and mission impossible to get one my poor son is going to have to wait 😞. Thanks a lot McDonalds

The service was fine, nothing out of the ordinary. My only issue was that my iced coffee was clearly old. It tasted like very old coffee; bitter. My eggs we are also hard which is... odd. Service was quick and friendly which I appreciate. The food could be better for the prices consumers pay.

Just feel like they don’t care if you are there or not, extra long drive thru wait time almost 25 minutes. Then got the order wrong, went inside and waited another 20 minutes!
45 minutes for fast food lol!

We stopped by for a treat. We ordered a lg frappe, a DISH of ice cream and 2 apple pies. We explained several times that we wanted a cup with a strip of ice cream up one side. We wanted to make a pie ala mode. The servers had no idea what we were talking about even tho I explained it several times. That all we wanted was a cup with ice cream going up one side and that we wanted to put one of the pies into the cup with the ice cream (we would put the pie in ourselves). They showed a cone on the board for our order (which i was willing to pay for). I explained that I did not want the cone, again explaining what I wanted. The woman who gave us the order again tried giving us a cone with ice cream. I told her no and again explained what I wanted. She then gave us a Sunday cup full of ice cream. Again I explained what I wanted. Finally i said just give me an empty cup and I would do it myself. I put the ice cream into the cup and handed the cup back to the person at the window. She refused to take it even tho she had just given it to me. Honestly, it wasn't that hard to do. They just need to listen when the customer explains it. The employees need to be trained to listen to what the customer wants.

Today ( Aug 14, 2026 ) me and my family had ordered our food for the lazy workers not to give us damn near all of our food. we had missing items, we had asked more than 10x for extra sauce for us only to get 2 sauces and almost charged just for extra sauce. these workers at this specific mcdonald’s are so lazy, rude, and very bad employees. wouldn’t recommend. never coming to this mcdonald’s AGAIN.
