Place is abandoned, nobody in the lobby, crappie attitude from people behind the counter (coming from the kitchen), if they don't want to deal we customers, then stay home. They act like they've been forced to be there. Also having the order kiosk leaves lack personnel-customer contact and feeling of 'just leave your money and go'

Waited almost 30 minutes in the drive through then when there was one person in front of me (an approximately tella tubby sized woman) ordered half the menu I was up next and she got done ordering and I proceeded to wait 5 more minutes and another car pulled up and they immediately took their order. No one’s first choice at 1 am is McDonald’s but I guess like most things now can’t even count on a sub par cheeseburger from minimum wage employees.

Slowest McDonald’s I have ever seen. Have got stuck in the drive through for 20 plus minutes multiple times so I started ordering pick up on the app but they are always slow still. Just left after waiting 25 mins in my car, then went in and waited 5 minutes for someone to notice I was there, then 10 more minutes for them to bring the food out. Not even an apology or anything just handed the food over

Everytime I go there my order is messed up or I get a burger and it's smashed, 1 little piece of onion, 1 pickle, small drop of ketchup. No lettuce, fries taste salty as hell. Can't eat them. And hair on my food. This place is nasty, service is a -5. They need to clean house or do some retraining. No 3rd strike for me. Shut down and redo.
