  I have been at the Santiago’s in Castle Rock and I found out they are related.
  I stopped in and the restaurant was clean, and smelled incredible.
  I was welcomed right away and made my order.
  They were quick and the food was as always off the charts good.
  I would recommend this to everyone and will be back again.
  
  Breakfast burritos with the right amount of heat with incredible flavor !! Thank you

  We went here after trick-or-treat in Johnstown. The food was hot and tasty. Portions were big. I really enjoyed it. The place became packed with a wait very quickly. I would recommend it.

  I am writing to thank you and your staff for your honesty and integrity. I meant to leave this review a few months ago, but forgot. I was in to eat around the holidays, and left my purse in the restaurant without knowing. It had gift money for my family in it. When we came back for it, everything was in place, all my cash was there, and nothing had been rummaged through. Thank you for taking care of your customers and their belongings. You are appreciated.

  Excellent carnita enchiladas at Santiago’s. I ordered the green chile sauce (1/2 mild and 1/2 spicy) and it was a bit spicy. The beans were great and the rice was tasty and slightly dry. Enchiladas are my go to Mexican dish and I was not disappointed. In fact I’m quite pleased. We also had a wonderful waitress.

  I've eaten at many different Santiago's from Denver to Johnstown. This one is the worst place ever. The take out burritos are about as big as a Silver dollar. Suck! The smallest burrito I've ever gotten from anywhere, and I eat a lot of Mexican food from many different places. This place sucks!
