  Just got a few items. Food is good. A guy that brought out our food was so thoughtful and kind. Went above and beyond offering our dog a pup cup. Very sweet gentleman- people like him need to be in management! Definitely coming back because of how appreciative he made us feel!

  Sat for 10 minutes before they took drive thru order 2 cars ahead. Another 5 minutes, still have not ordered. Don’t come here if you only have a 30 minute lunch break. Don’t take 4 separate orders from 1 car. Other Sonics make you park.

  Great Suprr breakfast burrito! Love that they put tots in it too. The Brioche sausage egg sandwich is great. Ery obviously fresh cooked egg and sausage and brioche bun was light and not much.

  I have been to this sonic several times in the past few months, and it’s never taken less than ten minutes. Tonight, however, was the worst experience yet. After checking in on the app we waited for 30 minutes. I then went in and asked about my order and was told they were slow due to being understaffed. We waited another 15 minutes, seeing the drive thru now empty and only a handful of other cars in the lot, before leaving without our order.
  
  I worked at different sonic locations for five years, and as such I feel I have more patience than most for fast food service. After multiple visits it’s safe to say this location is consistently abysmal. Ownership and management should be ashamed of themselves. We will not be returning.

  Drove into Windsor from Severance as I had some errands to run and decided to stop at sonic to grab a quick bite for lunch. Not only did I have to wait into the drive-through for over five minutes for them to take my order, even though there was only one other car in front of me. I also had to repeat my order in the drive-through as the person taking my order spoke a little to none english. Then I sat at the actual drive-through window for an additional 10 to 15 minutes waiting on my food. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich. The lady working the drive-through window told me we are cooking your chicken, it will be just a minute, no problem I waited patiently for my food. Only to drive all the way back home take a bite of my sandwich and my chicken being completely raw!!!! I immediately spit it out and vomited due to the chicken juice going down my throat that’s how raw was. I called the store immediately and was only told come back in and we will remake it, when I told them I didn’t want to eat it from there I would just like a refund, they said, OK come to the store and then hung up! No apology no sincerity nothing about trying to make it right. I then contacted corporate and all they said was I would get a call back! That was at noon and I have yet to receive a call back, reached out a second time same thing I will just receive a call back. Horrible business horrible staff, horrible store. Do not eat at this location.
  
  UPDATE….. it’s been over 4 weeks and after being told numerous times the manager will reach out to me about my matter I NEVER received a call back nor was my money ever refunded.. I have reached out to the 1800 number as well and nothing can be done to resolve the issue apparently. Sad not even a phone call or my money back. This location needs to be shut down
