  Had a great waitress Amanda. She had kindness and was very friendly. Upon enjoying my meal I had observed one of the other waitress turns out it was the Assistant General Manager. The issue at hand is when you are serving food or working with food you should always tie your hair up and not have it in people's food. I brought it to my waitresses attention and asked her to have the other waitress in question pull up her hair. We were there for 45min and not once did she put her hair up. Thank you to our waitress Amanda.

  The service was terrible i was there 4pm only three tables. The lady brought the food and never came back, the manager did say hi before the food came nice man. Next the food dame the fried were black yes a few black can you imagine serving someone that? I had a meeting with a Clint and picked at my food. Then the client left. Then she never came back to give me the bill. I told the manager i need to leave. I told him how she blew me off. Should not leave a tip left her 3.00 because i am kind. But DONT EAT HERE………..OMG.

  I would definitely recommend coming out here. This restaurant was really really nice. The staff was fantastic to my family. We had a table of seven. They served us relatively quickly for having such a big party. They kept our drinks refilled and constantly checked on us throughout our breakfast. My brothers had pancakes, biscuits and gravy, waffles, and I also had a Florentine egg meal. My Florentine egg Benedict was fantastic. It was hot. It was fresh. It was like perfect. I love egg Benedict and to have this taste amazing like it did made my day. It was a great start to my mini vacation and celebration of my brothers graduation.

  FYI if you have any allergies please let them know
  
  Just went to Village Inn for the first time with my family and once we got home noticed that my daughter started to break out in hives after eating the Mac and cheese and some French fries. She has them in several places but only uploaded one due to where they are located. She is allergic to shell fish so I am curious if there was cross contamination with either utensils or frying oil with their shrimp
  
  Update:
  I spoke with the store manager who was very polite and understanding. She did confirm they did use a fryer for shrimp and fries. I informed them that there are no post or anything that states potential cross contamination. She made a statement that she would talk to the chain director and try to find a workaround to add a warning on the menu or somewhere noticeable in the restaurant. Unfortunately due to the bad experience I don’t believe we will go back although I have to appreciate the concern the manager stated on the call.

  Being from North Carolina every employee here was nice and kind. Our waitress was so friendly and helped me decipher through the menu. The atmosphere was great..I would eat here anytime I visit colorado.
