  Firestone Burger King was holding it down too - fast service, friendly attitudes, fresh food, and people actually smiling while they work. That kind of customer service matters more than companies realize.
  Big respect to everyone over there keeping the wheels turning and the customers taken care of. Y’all made an ordinary stop feel easy and positive. Definitely earned the five stars. 🔥

  Drive thru order for a quick breakfast. Tried to charge us for an extra meal, marked the sandwiches wrong (not a big deal - we just traded with each other), and gave my husband a sweet tea after he had repeatedly asked for confirmation that it was a regular tea (even at the window as he was handed the drink). He's diabetic. Not cool.

  I went to this Burger King on my way to the airport several weeks ago on my way out of the country. I ordered on the app and when I went to pick it up, I was told after a 7min wait that my order could not be prepared because they had no beef!!! When I requested a refund, I was told I would have to contact the app. I have been trying for weeks to get a refund from the app. This is a exercise in futility because it is and endless loop. There is no contact number on the web, and the app customer service only lets you pick limited options. PLEASE BEWARE! If you use the Burger King app understand there is almost no recourse to get you money back for "SERVICES AND PRODUCTS CHARGED FOR BUT NOT DELIVERED! Burger King was the only fast food restaurant I eat at. 53 years as a customer. Go figure. I will not be doing any business with Burger King until I get my refund!! This is nothing but theft.

  I've had multiple terrible experiences with this burger king, always slow and a few times we got completely wrong orders. One time we went through the drive thru and we sat at the order speaker for a long time before they finally told us we can only place mobile orders, and so we parked and placed a mobile order and waited in the drive through for so long until he finally answered us but was not able to comprehend that we had a mobile order. And after all that our food was completely messed up, and my drink was in crap condition. I even saw him make it wrong with my own two eyes.

  Fries were super salty and not fresh, soda was flat (coca-cola), I was asked if I wanted ketchup, I said, "yes". The person forgot to put the ketchup in my meal bag. 😅 Got a whopper Jr. It was ok. Spent almost $10. Should've just gone to Chick-fil-A. Burger King employees need to step their game up lol.
