  I am so disappointed in my breakfast this morning. The sandwich was slapped together with an old, dry chicken fillet and more of the cheese on the wrapper than the sandwich. The English Muffin was way burnt, and the hash browns were barely warm, tasting of not so fresh oil.
  I can tell that today's experience was plain old complacency by the staff.

  I’ve been to this new Chick-fil-A twice now, and both times the service has been disappointingly slow and disorganized.
  
  The first visit, we ordered inside and sat down. The restaurant looks great - clean and fresh since it’s newly built - but our food took a surprisingly long time to come out. I eventually had to ask someone about it. It wasn’t a huge issue then since my kids were playing in the playplace, but the delay definitely stood out.
  
  Today, I tried mobile ordering to save time. I placed my lunch order at 10:22am and arrived at 10:26am, fully aware of the 10-15 minute breakfast-to-lunch changeover. When I got there, there was no QR code to check in. Around 10:35am, an employee finally came out and set the QR code sign up in the drive thru like it should've been. Meanwhile, I watched car after car in the regular drive-thru get their food and leave while I just sat there waiting.
  
  What made it worse was seeing several employees standing around instead of coming over to check me in. It took 15 minutes before anyone came to check on me, and when they finally did, I was told to park in Spot #1 to wait even longer. From start to finish, my “mobile” order took about 25 minutes - not exactly convenient.
  
  The staff were polite enough, but the operation felt unorganized and inefficient. Hopefully management steps in soon, because this location has potential - it just needs a lot more attention to service and coordination.

  This place was immaculate. From the dining area to the bathrooms, it was superb. The staff was very courteous and helpful. We arrived tired from a very early morning flight from Virginia and pulled in here. Everybody was so kind and polite.

  Has a mobile thru with separate line. They have improved the service time in this line since opening but at the expense of order accuracy, so check your order carefully! Customer courtesy has noticeably improved as well. Food usually tastes good and is hot. They also have ample seating inside and a play area. KFC across the street better watch out!

  This Chic Fil A does an absolutely awesome job. The whole team hustles and the food is ALWAYS great, which is saying a lot with how so many places have gone down hill. I know I can count on this place every single time. Tonight I was prompted to write this review because this food was some of the best I've had from here. The manager came out and greeted us, drive through was so fast, just an all around great experience. Keep up the great work!
