  Ordered ahead. Said drinks would be ready at 6:26. Got there at 6:30. Completely slammed. Went to the window. "Your drink is not ready. We will call when its ready. " No problem. 6:45. "Can we help you?" "I can see my drinks by the drive thru window. They have been here the whole time I have been here." "OK. Did you ask me?" "No the girl behind you" (that is pretending that she never talked to me). "OK, have a nice day." I want my tip back.

  They made us stay in line for 50 mins to just tell us they close at 10. At least be courteous enough to come out and let the people in line know instead of making us wait. Each car took 10-15 mins to move. People got out and order from the window instead.
  
  The girl also laughed when she told us they were closed like she didn’t care.

  Amazing service. My daughter was having a moment while we were in the drive through and they were understanding and took care of us. Really wish I knew the girls name that was outside handling orders. Very sweet girl thank you for being patient with us and being super kind!

  I have been to this locations many of times and know that there line is usually pretty long but they are somewhat quick most of the time. However Thursday May 21st was a different story. The line was long but not as long as it usually is. Only to about the walk up window. The line was taking forever. We were in line for 32 minutes. Already frustrated when we got towards the window, we see the employee (female wearing a camo sweatshirt) handing the gentleman in front of us his drink and then she continued to talk to him for 9 minutes. I get the employees have small talk but this was a bit excessive when the line was already taking forever. She then proceeded to flirt with the group of guys in front of us well. Not even waiting on drinks to be ready for them just continuing to talk for 5 minutes after drinks were given. It’s a bit ridiculous that it took 45 minutes to get through the line so the employee can flirt with guys. Then we get to the window and she was quite rude and our rebels were melted.
