I ordered a toasted sesame seed bagel with a scrambled egg. They only had egg whites so I just ordered the bagel. Literally there were 3 sesame seeds on the top of the bagel. The employee is not a student and should know better than to sell a sesame seed bagel that has NO sesame seeds on it. When I was handed my order I was told they were out of butter except for the three tiny butter cubes I had to try and spread myself. This place has gone downhill!

I usualy come here to get my suff but this time was ridiculous. I asked for my iced caramel macchiato that I always get with no ice, but this time the girl said that “without the ice it doesn’t fill up the cup”… which is a lie because this isn’t the first time I have ordered this drink without ice. Waste of money.

Came here multiple times when they said they were open and they were not. Such a disappointing location. Update your hours!!

Although the location may be pricy as it is on a college campus, it is still a fairly good location. I can tell that most employees try their best when it comes to service, and the reviews are outdated since I think this location has changed.

Overall, I don’t think that this is a bad location. It gets quite busy so in my experience sometimes the order gets messed up, but it is a lot more rare and the employees make it right. I would also say that there looks like is a weird corporate rule with the whole no ice in the coffee meaning less coffee. In my experience of all the locations, most don’t even follow that rule and it tends to upset customers.

If I would have one piece of constructive feedback it would probably be the whole policy with no ice. If somebody is ordering no ice to get more coffee or to be environmentally friendly, listen to your customers. Don’t try to fight them. When it happens to me I actually avoid going to Einstein bros for a good amount of time.

Overall though, I don’t think this is a bad location and a lot of the reviews are outdated.

No sense of urgency what so ever. I wanted over 20 minutes for a small drink while they were moving with not an ounce of urgency at all.

Edit: I didn't even get my drink and had to leave early without a refund so I wouldnt be late to my class. I had over an hour long break and it took up the entirety of my break. And I work in the food industry and this was just disappointing and I won't be coming back for a while.

Good bagels, friendly staff and fast derive. Except it's over priced for what you get. I'd suggest student discount program to get student coming here
