Panera is always good but I got the Frontega chicken yesterday and it didn't even taste like the right ingredients. Ive been eating that sandwich for 20 yrs. My favorite sandwich. I was so disappointed. My salad was fabulous. I got the apple salad.

Got a chunk of plastic in my soup and they told me “don’t worry it’s fine”.

Although i got my food to go, while waiting there was not a bunch if people but it was mildly loud. Foods good only thing that really hits negative is the price per portion. I got a bagel, a turkey sandwich abd a bowl of soup $32 the turkey sandwich is liie eating a house sandwich made at home its not big at all and either was the expensive bowl of soup. Pretty sure it would not even satisfy my 6 year old

Today I had one of the best restaurant experiences here! I stopped for dinner with my 1 year old and was treated with the utmost respect and hospitality from Josh Turner. His genuine kindness made our dinner experience amazing. Thank you for making our evening better! Our food was also fresh and delicious!
