On 7/3/26 around 10:30 a.m. I went to the Starbucks inside of king Soopers and witnessed unacceptable customer service. A young gentleman in front of me was trying to order a drink for somebody with low blood sugar and when trying to explain that to the lady, as well as his order, she was not only being unhelpful but was also making comments like "that's not how that works" and "yeah, she's not gonna like that at all. that doesn't sound good" in a rude way. I could tell he was struggling with finding the right things to put in the drink and finding the right ways to order it. He ended up circling back around after getting his drink and asking the lady, "Hey, can I ask you something? When I come in and order these drinks, do you guys get annoyed with me?". She responded and said "Yes, especially when it was busy like today." He was very clearly hurt and embarrassed and all she said was, "you're fine, though" in a rude manner, again. I understand having a rough day but I will say, it was tough to witness someone profusely apologizing and being embarrassed about something they shouldn't be and the response from a worker being "yes, you do annoy us". I'm in customer service and I would never, ever treat anybody like that under any circumstance-- ESPECIALLY because he was so kind. I hope there is something that can be done about this behavior because it is not the first time I have experienced/witnessed this sort of thing at this location.

This morning my son went to go get me a drink and they made it very wrong. He had asked for cold foam in the cup and the 2 older ladies didnt put it. When he asked for one shot of espresso the lady made a face. He also asked for carmel around the cup and they did not put it in. I wouldve asked my son to go ask them to remake it but he was in a Rush.

As with most Starbucks, including those inside King Soopers, this one meets high standards as well. This was my first visit to this location and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The regular coffee was great, as usual. The staff that helped me made a little mistake in the cup size, and quickly and courteously corrected the mistake. The counters and seating area were very clean, and well looked after. No complaints at all, and a great first impression. Highly recommended.

I need to get the red head girls name! She is amazing and makes my drink literally perfect every time. I know when I walk in and see her I’m having a good day! Not to mention she’s a sweetheart. It’s really sad this location doesn’t accept tips but other grocery’s stores do? Girl deserves a raise
