  Every time i go to this Starbucks they mess up my drinks. I asked for a Dubai CHOCOLATE mocha and there is no mocha at all, the flavor wasn't mixed in it was all at the bottom. I got almond milk as my alternative milk but i assumed i was still get the mocha as that's how it has always worked, they usually just add the chocolate sauce pumps. Im drinking it anyways as its a expensive drink and i don't have time to go back but it was honestly not great. Also The person i was with also got charged for cold foam and never their got cold foam on their drink.

  To whoever was taking orders for drive thru on Sunday morning (august 30) around 9:30am. You forgot to turn your mic off and we overheard everything you said about my mom to your other employee and the way you guys made fun of her over the questions she asked and how she didn’t know how to order a drink. Not only did you stand there and make fun of her but instead of being helpful while she ordered you were rude and sounded as if you were annoyed and confused. She’s not familiar with the fall drinks but she had previously tried one and was asking the possible options it could’ve been. It was extremely rude and unprofessional. Please do better Starbucks.

  They always do good on my drinks but unfortunately every time I come here with my wife they mess up her order. I order the white chocolate mocha but she just orders a white hot chocolate and they always give us 2 white chocolate mochas. Which is an understandable mistake and they always remake it anyway so we don't usually mind. But when we went to this specific location last night, the employee was incredibly rude and argued that my wife was the one who made the mistake. Which is not true, we've been ordering the same drinks for over a year. And when we told her thats not what we said, she rolled her eyes and very sarcastically said "okayyy" and turned around to remake it. Her behavior was poor and very unprofessional. We will not be returning to this location again.

  The baristas were incredibly kind and made it so pleasant to be here. They recommended a favorite tea to me. They brought out my tea and everyone else’s drinks to their tables. They chatted with what must be repeat customers and double checked they liked their orders. So happy to see kind people and kind service here. Nice job!
