Today I went in through the drive through and normally I dont go to Starbucks due to rude baristas. But there was the sweetest lady working the window shout out to Nichole she has grey ish hair and she was working the windows taking orders/payment absolutely a ray or sunshine! 🫶🏻

Grey hair barista obviously having a bad day and taking it out on customers. I definitely don't expect all smiles, customer service is a difficult job but don't slam food on the counter and tell me to 'just take it and smile'. And then watch you turn around and snap at other customers over your misunderstanding on her order.

Honestly I always have great service I've never had a rude or disrespectful encounter with any of the employees there's always going to be that little bit of a wait time in the morning the rush it's reasonable they don't have you waiting for 20 minutes they're you're in and out pretty quickly plenty of space to sit and do some studying or get some quick email sent I like it

New Starbucks location with good service. Be advised this location is very busy at peak times and is still getting fully established.

The interior is new and clean with a fair amount of space to sit. The parking lot is ample however the drive through may be busy especially in the morning. The afternoon pace is much slower for this location.

They prioritize drive through making sure they get their stuff under 2mn. While I had a simple order and ended up waiting over 5mn inside. These sandwiches are getting smaller too
