I’m going to be very clear when I say this! Ziggies has won me over hands down! Like I can’t get this anywhere and the team here had the best recommendation that I could never go back :) thank you to the amazing drink, service and phenomenal experience that I will always go back for! Raise immediately for those working Am shift from 8am-9 :)

Avery is so kind whenever I come to this location! She always remembers my name and order, and makes sure my drink is exactly how I like it. She takes the time to ask about my day and puts genuine effort into every interaction, which makes each visit enjoyable. I always look forward to coming back. It’s clear she really cares about customers and takes pride in her job 😊

I’d love to type a person to be giving people about a few other business but this experience was absolutely ridiculous. I ordered my drinks and a breakfast sandwich and they got my drinks wrong three times in a row. How dumb do you have to be to mess up three drinks, especially at a coffee shop like this the lady who was super rude tried to tell me that you don’t need a caramel macchiato a gold rush taste the same it will be OK. I said no that’s not what I ordered. I would like what I ordered please thank you. She began to argue with me for over 10 minutes after I turned around more times to realize that they gave me the wrong order three times that she told me she gave me a 32 ounce caramel macchiato for the inconvenience, but that’s what I ordered so nothing was resolved here I will never be coming back to this location ever again. I will steer everybody clear of this location.

I hope the manager reaches out to me to resolve this issue and maybe just maybe I will change my review.

620am on a Wednesday and its still closed. I thought the closure mesaage I got was only for school. Didnt know Ziggis follow that delay also. DutchBros never lets me down. Just might have yo make the drive there now so I wont be disappointed. Honestly this is probably the 3rd time this has happened. Wanted to get coffee but after 6am no one is there still.
